Payment for our services can be made via bank transfer or a secure payment link, which allows for card payments. Please note that payments made through the secure payment link are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
To secure your booking, an initial payment of 50% is required upfront. Once this payment is received, you will promptly receive confirmation of your LeShuttle ticket. The remaining 50% is payable directly to the driver on the day of pick-up. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount in a single instalment.
We also offer flexibility in trip arrangements, including rescheduling or refunds under certain conditions. Full refunds are available for specific ticket types, such as LeShuttle Flexi tickets, while Day Trip/Overnight and Short Stay Saver tickets are non-refundable.

We can travel all over Europe, please get in touch if you have a specific destination. Our most popular pick up points are CDG Airport in Paris, Amsterdam Airport in Netherland, Brussels Airport in Belgium or Frankfurt Airport in Germany. We often pick up from London, Zurich or Nice.
We carry Pet Blankets, Pet seat belts and fresh water for your pet and on request can provide portable Cat litter trays and even a small fridge for Medicines. We are always happy for your pet to be released from its travel crate/carrier and sit next to you in the vehicle if you wish.
In the event that your travel plans change, we are able to offer you a full refund, excluding card fees, as long as we have at least 24 hours notice.
