I previously traveled with my dog Fleur in the cargo hold of a plane and didn’t enjoy the experience so looked for an alternative. I found Luxurious Pet Move Abroad online and took a dive in trying a taxi service instead. We got collect in Paris and driven all the way to London and I couldn’t fault the experience. There was a blanket and water ready for us and we were able to pull over whenever needed to give Fleur a break. The cars were spotless and very comfortable.
Communication throughout was excellent and Zac was brilliant to work with. He made travel through LeShuttle a pain free process and advised us before hand on all documentation needed.
I couldn’t recommend Luxurious Pet Move Abroad enough, and if I ever need to travel with a pet again I will be sure to be in touch again!

We had a wonderful experience with our driver Zac who helped us go all the way from the Netherlands to Wales!! I couldn't possibly recommend them enough if you're traveling with your pets. He was incredibly patient, kind, and efficient. The drive was so smooth & timely!!
We had originally run into issues with our ferry from the Netherlands to UK being cancelled very short notice & we struggled to find any pet taxis available. Luxurious pet move abroad was the only one we could get & I am so glad we did! It was the most affordable option as well! We also later encountered a very long delay for our flight which he kindly accommodated. He provided water & the perfect environment to keep our cats comfortable. He was very considerate also to stop along the way a couple times for us to grab a drink or snack. I really appreciate his patience, kindness, and we had a lovely time chatting with him along the way there. I really cannot understate what a huge help he was & what a lovely journey!!

Zac was absolutely wonderful and he is our hero. He transported our 4 month puppy from Kefalonia to London. He was so well organised so polite and so communicative. His attention to detail fantastic and he made a nightmare trip so easy and smooth for the puppy who had a wonderful kind humane journey. Ela was treated to a first class luxury travel with her chaperone. Zac always made sure she was right by his side had a comfortable seat to enjoy the journey. They travelled by day and stayed at pet friendly hotels in france and Italy. And has a lovely top deck bed on the long ferry from Italy to Greece. He sent me his location throughout the journey along with lovely pictures of the two of them having an adventure. No stress no trauma just luxury and comfort. If you care for your pets comfort safety and wellbeing Zac is your man. It’s obvious his heart is huge and his compassion and care outstanding. I had a great experience with both the company and our driver, Mustafa. The whole journey was smooth from start to finish, and everything was well organised. Mustafa was friendly, professional, and made the long drive really enjoyable with great conversation. He knew exactly how everything worked at the border and got us through all the checks quickly and without any stress. We even arrived earlier than expected. I cannot recommend Luxurious Pet Move Abroad highly enough.
Zac helped us relocate our Maltese puppy, Coco, from Tanzania to the UK via France so that we could avoid cargo transport, and from start to finish the service was exceptional.
As first-time pet owners travelling internationally with a dog, we had countless questions. Zac guided us through every step of the process, particularly the French documentation requirements, travel planning, and overall logistics. I must have asked him a million questions along the way, including help with Schengen visa itinerary details, and he was always calm, patient, responsive, and incredibly kind.
On the day of travel, he went above and beyond. He even brought Coco a blanket and treats to help keep her comfortable and warm during the journey, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us.
We also encountered an unexpected issue at the border when a stamp was found to be missing from Coco's paperwork. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled brilliantly. Zac coordinated with the border authorities, organised an emergency veterinary appointment, drove us 45 minutes back into France to obtain the required documentation, and then helped us complete the journey successfully. His professionalism, problem-solving ability, and calm approach throughout were truly outstanding. Not only was the service excellent, but his pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received during our market research.
Travelling internationally with a beloved pet can be incredibly daunting, but Zac made the entire experience smooth, manageable, and far less stressful than we ever imagined. We arrived in the UK with Coco safely by our side, and for that we will always be grateful.

The journey from Calais to the UK was smooth and well-organised, and the driver was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Communication with Zac was always very quick and pleasant, which made everything even easier.
We had an unexpected issue with incomplete documentation provided by our vet, which prevented us from crossing at the Pet Reception. The driver went above and beyond by taking us to a nearby vet and back so we could resolve everything in time to still cross that same day. This made a very stressful situation much easier to handle, and we truly appreciated the support.

My husband and I recently relocated to Poland with our 1-year-old, recently rehomed cockapoo.
As re-homed dog parents, everything with her is a first for us, and we were unsure how she would react to certain situations—especially such a long journey. It was something I was honestly dreading. We knew we didn’t want to fly with her, and I was starting to lose hope of finding another way to travel.
Then I came across Luxurious Pet Move Abroad (I didn’t even know services like this existed!) and sent them a message. Zac replied almost instantly, and from that moment on, every question or concern we had was answered fully, kindly, and with real care.
We spoke for a while before booking, and I can honestly say my feelings about the journey changed completely—from dread to calm—right from the moment our first driver, Nasir, picked us up from home.
We then swapped drivers to Zac for the journey from Folkestone to Poland, and again, I immediately felt at ease. We experienced a few delays along the way, but nothing was ever a problem. The calm and reassuring environment Zac created in the car was exactly what we needed.
We were offered plenty of stops, regularly checked on throughout the journey, and Zac even found us a lovely pet-friendly hotel for the night.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault this company. If I could say thank you a million times to Zac, Nasir, and everyone working behind the scenes who made our journey possible, I would.
Luna, our cockapoo, slept for most of the trip—she was so comfortable with her bed and toys, had plenty of toilet breaks, and received lots of attention.

The experience with Zac and Nasir was exceptional. We travelled from Bridgwater (UK), to Łódź (PL) with our 1 year old Cockapoo and we had such a great time. From punctual pick up time to amazing customer service we honestly can't think of anyway this service can be improved. Such polite and genuine human beings focused on giving pets ideal comfort when on the road. I highly recommend this small independent company. Worth every penny!

Zac at Luxurious Pet Move Abroad was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful journey completely smooth and enjoyable. He picked me and my Westie up from Calais, got us across to London on the train without any hassle, and even helped me return my hire car when I got lost -something I really appreciated.
Throughout the trip, Zac was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. He also shared some fantastic restaurant recommendations along the way, which was such a nice personal touch.

We had an amazing journey from Isle of Man to Paris. I travelled with my girlfriend and our dog. Zac was fantastic and made the journey both enjoyable and easy. Zac provided us with useful information about the animal health certificate and helped to get us and our dog safely over the UK France border via the Le Shuttle / Euro Tunnel. Zac even went out of his way to drive us to a local vet to fix a passport issue that we had with our dogs pet passport at no extra cost. If you are looking to travel with your pet by car then I highly recommend to use Luxurious Pet Move!

Zac has been absolutely helpful. Every single doubts I had about the papers were responded so quick. We had help from the very beginning and the car was very spacious for both. Really great service. The driver met us at CDG, helped with our bags, and we were on the road almost immediately. The ride to London via the Eurotunnel was smooth and comfortable, and the pet checks were quick. Zac drove me and my small dog from Frankfurt to London and ensured I was prepared for the entire journey. Zac was incredibly quick to help us organise the transport of our little whippet girl, and he made the entire experience feel safe, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. A six-hour drive has never passed so quickly for us. When we arrived at the border, Zac had everything completely under control, and within five minutes we were cleared and ready to go.

The journey was fabulous he picked us up from my home in London, stopped at the vets in Ashford and then went through the Eurotunnel. Although there may not be many reviews, all of them are positive. That is the reason why I chose Luxurious Pet Move Abroad.
This was my first time traveling such a long distance with my two cats. Due to the strike at our airline, I was very worried that my schedule might be affected. Once I informed Zac about the situation, he assured me that he would keep track of my flight, which made me feel he was reliable.
Fortunately, our flight was on time, and during the journey I realized we might arrive a bit earlier than expected. I texted Zac about it, and he immediately replied that he could pick us up earlier. He explained how they maintain flexibility to fit their customers’ schedules, and I found him very experienced in making the whole process convenient.
After such a long flight, my cats were exhausted. As we had hoped, they could finally relax and be free from their carriers. They were able to eat and drink, and after their meal, they calmed down and slept deeply in Zac’s car.
Not only did the pets get a good rest, but so did we. Zac was thoughtful in arranging stops (depending on your needs) for food or restroom breaks, so we felt really relaxed throughout the nine-hour trip.
Zac guided us through the checkpoint, where all the required documents for my pets and our passports were verified for boarding LeShuttle. Every step went smoothly, and I could hardly believe such a long journey felt so effortless.

This experience was 10/10. I was so stressed about moving my anxious cat and Zac exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great company to have on a long drive, but I honestly can’t think of a better service and that comes from somehow who is highly selective of anything that has to do with my cat. My cat is partially blind and has panic attacks anytime we are on the road. He takes medication but even then he’s extremely stressed, but somehow with Zac he remained calm as opposed to freaking out as usual. For anyone who feels hesitant to travel with your pet, Zac is the best option. He’s very considered and the comfort and safety of you and your pet will be his top priority.

Transported 3 cats from the UK to the Netherlands on 03/09/2025.
The whole service was brilliant, from start to finish. Our drivers (Sami & Zac) were both really friendly and professional, and obviously have a passion for what they do.
Our cats are nervous travellers, but our journey was as smooth and stress-free as possible - and we wouldn't hesistate booking them again.
Prior to our moving date, Zac kept us informed of driver details and took care of the LeShuttle booking for us.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We used them twice as we moved 8 cars to UK from Brussels (after flying them from Gambia). We were properly stressed about the moves but Zak just made it so easy and calmed us down enormously. Even well before the trip, Zak's communications were first rate, giving us confidence in the whole process. He kept in touch as we were setting off from Gambia and as we got off the plane in Brussels. Zac is wonderful. He responded quickly to every email (and we sent a lot of emails as we tried to coordinate our lives on a continent we don't know), advised us on train travel & schedules, happily made an emergency stop when we realized that we did not have a muzzle (required to traveling in the chunnel, but never actually needed on our trip), and could not possibly have been more helpful or friendlier.

I needed a pet taxi to transport me and my Boston Terrier Tessie from Southampton England to Lyons France. Zac was incredibly helpful in answering my questions leading up to the ride, and was a pleasure to spend 14 hours in the car with. When we originally searched for a driver and requested quotes, we were unsure of Luxurious Pet Move Abroad due to the cost being so much lower than other quotes received, but in the end it was legit. Zac was quick to respond to all of our questions as we figured out the health certificate process and general logistics of our trip. He arrived at my hotel promptly at 6AM and our journey began. He navigated us through pet reception at the Eurotunnel and we continued on to Lyon, arriving late in the afternoon on the same day. Payment for our services can be made via bank transfer or a secure payment link, which allows for card payments. Please note that payments made through the secure payment link are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
To secure your booking, an initial payment of 50% is required upfront. Once this payment is received, you will promptly receive confirmation of your LeShuttle ticket. The remaining 50% is payable directly to the driver on the day of pick-up. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount in a single instalment.
We also offer flexibility in trip arrangements, including rescheduling or refunds under certain conditions. Full refunds are available for specific ticket types, such as LeShuttle Flexi tickets, while Day Trip/Overnight and Short Stay Saver tickets are non-refundable.

We can travel all over Europe, please get in touch if you have a specific destination. Our most popular pick up points are CDG Airport in Paris, Amsterdam Airport in Netherland, Brussels Airport in Belgium or Frankfurt Airport in Germany. We often pick up from London, Zurich or Nice.
We carry Pet Blankets, Pet seat belts and fresh water for your pet and on request can provide portable Cat litter trays and even a small fridge for Medicines. We are always happy for your pet to be released from its travel crate/carrier and sit next to you in the vehicle if you wish.
In the event that your travel plans change, we are able to offer you a full refund, excluding card fees, as long as we have at least 24 hours notice.
