How Do I Book?
Once you’re happy with the quote and we have all your trip details confirmed (including flight number, arrival time and date, pick-up time and city/town in Europe or the UK, number of pets, passengers, and luggage), we will send you a booking email. A 50% deposit secures your place, and we’ll book the Eurotunnel on your behalf.
How Can I Pay?
We accept payment by card via 3D secure payment links or by bank transfer. The initial 50% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance payable to the driver on the day of travel.
Can I Reschedule?
Yes. We do not charge for rescheduling and we offer a full refund if you can’t travel at all. Only Flexi tickets are refundable.
