As a solo woman traveler, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Luxurious Pet Move Abroad. Zac drove me and my small dog from Frankfurt to London and ensured I was prepared for the entire journey. When I rescheduled my flight due to delays in my pet paperwork, he was flexible and walked me through the entire process. He also accommodated time to take us to the vet in Calais to ensure my dog had the proper paperwork for the journey. Zac walked me through the entire process and handled logistics so I was able to rest during the actual drive. Do not hesitate to book!

Luxury Pet Moves took my three spaniels and me from Sussex to Switzerland and truly lived up to its name. It was a very comfortable vehicle, and we were relaxed and chilled out throughout the long journey. Zac could not have been kinder or more professional. Amazing service and to get our dogs from UK to Sweden in 20’hrs was fabulous. This was a seamless service and our dogs were very much looked after. Having a tracking link was also super helpful as we could see the entire journey.

Zac was incredibly quick to help us organise the transport of our little whippet girl, and he made the entire experience feel safe, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. A six-hour drive has never passed so quickly for us. When we arrived at the border, Zac had everything completely under control, and within five minutes we were cleared and ready to go.
I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable service to help bring your pet into the UK. We’ll definitely be asking Zac for his help again in the future!

As a 20 year old dog (double dog) owner all I want when travelling is peace of mind and Zac was that from first contact onwards. The journey was fabulous he picked us up from my home in London, stopped at the vets in Ashford and then went through the Eurotunnel. The journey was a complete success and Zac was such a kind soul and so helpful with my dogs. When we move back to UK we will see you again!

I used this service to transport my dog Shell from Switzerland to the UK, and everything was absolutely perfect. There were no issues at the border, we received regular photo updates along the way, and we even had live location tracking. My dog arrived safe, happy, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again! 🐾✨

I had such a wonderful experience with Luxurious Pet Move Abroad. Zac picked us up in Lille, France, and drove us all the way to Glasgow, UK. The team switched drivers halfway, and both were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the journey. The car was spacious and comfortable, making the long trip easy and enjoyable for both me and my dog. I felt completely at ease knowing we were in great hands. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you for making the journey so smooth and stress-free!

Highly recommend, driver was on time waiting for me at Brussels airport, brand new car clean and spacious. Smooth driving if you want to work on your laptop or just rest. And competitive prices so I think is a good choice

Luxurious Pet Move Abroad is a great service! Zac was so kind and friendly and made my trip with my dog easy and stress free! Everything was planned and prepared for us, and we had plenty of stops along the way to keep my dog and I comfortable and happy. Highly recommended!!!

Although there may not be many reviews, all of them are positive. That is the reason why I chose Luxurious Pet Move Abroad.
This was my first time traveling such a long distance with my two cats. Due to the strike at our airline, I was very worried that my schedule might be affected. Once I informed Zac about the situation, he assured me that he would keep track of my flight, which made me feel he was reliable.
Fortunately, our flight was on time, and during the journey I realized we might arrive a bit earlier than expected. I texted Zac about it, and he immediately replied that he could pick us up earlier. He explained how they maintain flexibility to fit their customers’ schedules, and I found him very experienced in making the whole process convenient.
After such a long flight, my cats were exhausted. As we had hoped, they could finally relax and be free from their carriers. They were able to eat and drink, and after their meal, they calmed down and slept deeply in Zac’s car.
Not only did the pets get a good rest, but so did we. Zac was thoughtful in arranging stops (depending on your needs) for food or restroom breaks, so we felt really relaxed throughout the nine-hour trip.
Zac guided us through the checkpoint, where all the required documents for my pets and our passports were verified for boarding LeShuttle. Every step went smoothly, and I could hardly believe such a long journey felt so effortless.

This experience was 10/10. I was so stressed about moving my anxious cat and Zac exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great company to have on a long drive, but I honestly can’t think of a better service and that comes from somehow who is highly selective of anything that has to do with my cat. My cat is partially blind and has panic attacks anytime we are on the road. He takes medication but even then he’s extremely stressed, but somehow with Zac he remained calm as opposed to freaking out as usual. For anyone who feels hesitant to travel with your pet, Zac is the best option. He’s very considered and the comfort and safety of you and your pet will be his top priority.

Excellent service! Zac is very kind and helpful. Pudding and I felt so relaxed and safe throughout the whole trip. The cross-border pet taxi service was smooth, on time, and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to travel to the UK with their furry friend!

Transported 3 cats from the UK to the Netherlands on 03/09/2025.
The whole service was brilliant, from start to finish. Our drivers (Sami & Zac) were both really friendly and professional, and obviously have a passion for what they do.
Our cats are nervous travellers, but our journey was as smooth and stress-free as possible - and we wouldn't hesistate booking them again.

Luxurious Pet Transport, brought my cocker spaniel from London to Switzerland. The service was excellent from start to end. Zac made everything so easy and quick. He kept sending me pictures of my dog all the way through and shared his location at all times which gave me peace of mind.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We used them twice as we moved 8 cars to UK from Brussels (after flying them from Gambia). We were properly stressed about the moves but Zak just made it so easy and calmed us down enormously. Even well before the trip, Zak's communications were first rate, giving us confidence in the whole process. He kept in touch as we were setting off from Gambia and as we got off the plane in Brussels. He was there as we emerged into arrivals and then it was just sit and watch a real professional make things easy for us. Amazing service. Great value for money. Perfect comms. Thanks Zak.

Zac collected myself and my little Cavapoo Bowen from Paris airport and took us home to Dorset which was the most relaxing and stress free journey ever!

We used the service to relocate from Amsterdam to UK with our dog and I will highly recommend the entire team. Right from the first conversation Zac was super helpful and cooperative in every sense. Zac is wonderful. He responded quickly to every email (and we sent a lot of emails as we tried to coordinate our lives on a continent we don't know), advised us on train travel & schedules, happily made an emergency stop when we realized that we did not have a muzzle (required to traveling in the chunnel, but never actually needed on our trip), and could not possibly have been more helpful or friendlier.

Fantastic Service! From the second Zac collected myself and my dog from the airport in Paris, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Super friendly but most importantly efficient and helped us cross the boarder to the UK with no complications. Arrived to our destination way ahead of time with a happy and relaxed dog & owner.

I needed a pet taxi to transport me and my Boston Terrier Tessie from Southampton England to Lyons France. Zac was incredibly helpful in answering my questions leading up to the ride, and was a pleasure to spend 14 hours in the car with. When we originally searched for a driver and requested quotes, we were unsure of Luxurious Pet Move Abroad due to the cost being so much lower than other quotes received, but in the end it was legit. Zac was quick to respond to all of our questions as we figured out the health certificate process and general logistics of our trip. He arrived at my hotel promptly at 6AM and our journey began. He navigated us through pet reception at the Eurotunnel and we continued on to Lyon, arriving late in the afternoon on the same day. Zac was a great conversationalist and we chatted about everything along the way. I highly recommend Luxurious Pet Move Abroad.
